SunCat MTA is a trade name for a blend based on the organic UV filter Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (Bisoctrizole/Tinosorb M), providing broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. It is used in sunscreens and daily-care products as a photostable particulate filter.
