Diethanolamine (DEA) ek alkaline organic compound hai jo cosmetics mein pH ko balance karne ke liye aur emulsifier ke taur par use hota hai. Ye foaming aur texture ko improve karne ke liye surfactant derivatives banata hai. Basically yeh formulation aid hai, koi treatment wala ingredient nahi hai.
