Yeh nonionic emulsifier aur surfactant ke taur par kaam karta hai jo oil-in-water formulations ko stable rakhne mein madad karta hai. Basically yeh ek base ingredient hai jo formula ko proper texture aur consistency deta hai, koi treatment active nahi hai.
