Buteth-3 ek polyethylene glycol ether hai jo butyl alcohol se bana hota hai. Cosmetic formulations mein iska use emulsifier, solubilizer aur surfactant ke taur par hota hai. Yeh oil aur water ke phases ko aapas mein blend karne mein madad karta hai. Basically yeh formulation ka base ingredient hai, treatment ingredient nahi hai.
