What happens after I order?

After you order, CureSkin’s in-house panel of Dermatologists approves the regimen by reviewing your photographs and details.

This is done to ensure that you’re getting the best possible treatment. At the time of review, there might be some modifications and additions to the treatment plan.

This will not affect the cost in any way and you will be receiving additional products (if any) absolutely free of cost. After you receive your order, a CureSkin Dermatologist will get in touch to instruct you about the regimen’s usage.

How soon will my products start working?

You should be able to see visible results within three to four weeks of treatment.

How are CureSkin Dermatologists certified?

All CureSkin Dermatologists are certified by the Indian Association of Dermatologists (IADVL), with our Head of Dermatology, Dr. Charu Sharma having over 14 years experience treating skin and hair conditions. Can my other skin or hair problems also be treated by CureSkin?

Yes. Your other skin and hair problems can also be added to your treatment plan after you start.

Is my treatment prescribed by a Dermatologist?

Yes. All CureSkin treatments are designed, verified and prescribed by CureSkin’s in-house panel of highly qualified and experienced Dermatologists.

What is a regimen? How does my treatment plan work?

A regimen is a treatment plan specifically designed for your Skin or Hair concern based on your skin type, sensitivity and photograph. Each regimen is approved and verified by our panel of Dermatologists and includes the following:

1. The products for your treatment. 1. Doctor consultation within 24 hours you have received the products.

2. Follow-up sessions with Dermatologists every two weeks of the entire regimen period.

3. Diet and lifestyle guidance personalized for you.

4. Free home delivery of all the products. 5. 24×7 Chat support with your skin care advisor.

How soon will I receive my order?

Confirmed orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive your products within 3-4 days after the shipment is sent, depending on your delivery location. You will be able to track your shipment using a tracking link.

What are the usage instructions for my products?

The usage instructions for your products will be provided as part of your regimen. These instructions can be accessed through the app by clicking on the “Regimen for you” link after you have placed your order. Further, a CureSkin Dermatologist will get in touch with you after you receive your order to guide you through your product usage instructions in detail.

How do you make sure these products are safe for me?

The products in your regimen are prescribed specifically for you based on your skin type, concern, sensitivity and the photo provided. They are tested as per international standards and are verified as being safe for your use by our in-house panel of Dermatologists.

What is the price of my treatment plan?

You can view the price of your treatment plan by clicking on the “Regimen for You” link in the app after completing your consultation.

Can I have my regimen delivered at a later date?

You can order the products now and have the delivery scheduled to a later date any time within the next two weeks. You can select the later delivery date during your checkout.

Where is the CureSkin office located?

Does CureSkin give free home delivery all over India?

Yes. CureSkin provides free doorstep delivery all over India, even in remote locations! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details as well.
