REFUND POLICY

Our commitment is to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our customers. We provide a comprehensive refund policy under specific conditions to instill confidence in our treatments. Please review the details of our refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. A full refund is only applicable when a refund request is placed within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this section. 

  2. Refund requests will be entertained under the following circumstances. 

  • Receipt of incorrect products.

  • Missing products in the order.

  • Receipt of damaged products.

  • Receipt of product(s) past their expiry date.

  1. For any exceptional circumstances other than those listed above, refund requests will be processed only on a case-to-case basis when any amicable resolution is not reached and at the discretion of the Company.

  2. To initiate a refund, users are required to submit a ticket or express their concerns through the HELP section in the app.

  • Users must include relevant photos as part of their documentation.

  • In case of missing products, a photo of the entire order as received should be submitted. We will review our internal pre-dispatch packing-videos to ascertain whether all the products were packed. The refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

  1. Non-Defective Returns:

  • In unique situations where you have received a non-defective package but wish to proceed with a return, the company reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return.

  • If the return reason is accepted, the user is responsible for sending the package themselves, ensuring the Treatment Kit/products are in their original completely sealed condition.

  • The refund process will commence upon receipt of the Treatment Kit/products, and a thorough seal check has been conducted.

  • The refund will be completed within 5-7 working days after receipt of the Treatment kit/ product and the quality checks are passed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this period, the cancellation request will not be guaranteed. 

Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel your order, you can select the order please contact our customer support team through the HELP section on the app or the email:  orders@cureskin.com

  • Clearly state your intention to cancel, along with relevant order details. This can be added to the Ticket raised or to the email.

Refund Process after cancellation:

If the order was successfully canceled, refund will be completed within 5-7 working days after the cancellation.

RETURN POLICY

A return policy is applicable in-case the customer wants to return an unopened and undamaged order.

Return of Shipped order: 

  • The customer is responsible for returning the unopened and undamaged kit/order.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process after return:

Refunds will be completed within 5-7 days after the returned order is received and inspected for any damage or product usage. 

For a good delivery experience: 

  • Please share the OTP only when the delivery partner reaches you. 

  • Please do not accept orders if tampered.
